PAOK FC are in complete disagreement with the draft announcement sent by Super League to all clubs for approval and sent instead their own proposal for a statement in common with the rest of the clubs. It reads:

« All Super League clubs condemn the unacceptable and inhuman attack against Mr. Zografos and wish him a speedy recovery.

The League ask of the Minister of Justice to expedite all open cases relating to football, in order to get rid of the shadows leading to tensions and keeping fans away from the stands.

The League stands by Greek referees and expresses its trust in them. We ask of the Central Refereeing Committee however to become more effective in their appointments, assessments, acknowledgement and punishment, so that the few won’t sully the refereeing field and the sacrifices of the many”.
