Odysseas Spyridis was born in Volos and from the first month of his life he moved and settled with his family in Cyprus. He remained in the country until the age of 12 and trained at the academy of Digenis Akritas Morfou, before then moving to England with West Ham United. At West Ham, he made 20 appearances in the Premier League Under-18 championship, scoring five goals, and serving up three assists. He also made two appearances in Premier League 2, one more in the FA Youth Cup, and 24 appearances (plus five goals and three assists) in the EFL Trophy competition. He is a left winger, with trickery and pace as his chief weapons. He has good technique and an appetite for hard work and further development.
