Born on 8 February 1999 in Thessaloniki, he started playing football at the youth ranks of PAOK. His technical skills caught the eye of scouting team of Arsenal FC and he moved to their Greece-based academy.
Four years later, he moved to the Netherlands to sign for PEC Zwolle. He participated in the senior side’s preseason training and penned his first professional contract.
In 2017-18, he returned to the “Double-Headed Eagle”, joining their U20 side. He was promoted almost immediately to the seniors. He was among the most valuable players of PAOK on their way to the Super League Souroti U20 title, with a tally of 6 goals and 8 assists in 26 encounters.
In March 2018, he made his debut for Greece U19s in the encounters against Italy and the Czech Republic, both corresponding to Elite Round of the 2018 UEFA European Under-19 Championship.
