Born in Rawicz, Poland, on 23 January 1977, Karol Świderski began his football career in Rawia Rawicz, before joining the sports school UKS SMS Łódź.

He was signed by Jagiellonia Białystok in the summer of 2014. At first, he played for their second string team, participating in Poland’s third tier.

His performances didn’t go unnoticed by the senior team coaching staff, who called him at their trainings and gradually made him a member of the squad. In his first season with the A team, he managed to play in 7 games and score his first goal as a professional on 3 June 2015 against MKS Pogoń Szczecin.

In the following three-and-a-half season, he became a vital cog of Jagiellonia Białystok, boasting two second-place finishes in the Ekstraklasa league.

He played in 128 encounters with Jaga, conjuring 25 goals and 9 assists and totaling more than 5.000 minutes on the pitch.

He has played for all Poland national youth sides up to the U21s and has caught the attention of talent scouts all over Europe.

Genoa CFC and VfB Stuttgart were very much interested in signing him, but PAOK beat them to it and the Polish striker is joining the “Double-Headed Eagle”.
