Ioannis Savvidis was born in 1994 in Rostov, studied in London and has been working at PAOK since 2016. In the 2024-25 season, he assumes the position of technical director at PAOK B. He holds a master’s degree in Sports Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Business.

He has been a member of the scouting department of the senior team from 2016, while at the same time he has worked in other critical positions at PAOK. From 2018 to 2019 he organized the PAOK Academy database and dealt with the evaluation of Under-19, Under-17 and Under-15 players. In the 2020-21 season, as an assistant to the sports director of the senior team, he was the link between the scouting department and the sports director, responsible for negotiations with new players and one of those responsible for organizing procedures for the senior team’s pre-season preparations. In 2021 he became the head of the scouting department, responsible, among other things, for the analysis, communication and reporting to the coach, the technical staff and the administration.

Ioannis Savvidis is now actively managing the PAOK B project, which is obviously one of the club’s important priorities.
