Born on 27 May 1998 in Volos, he started his career in Niki Volos football academy. In 2012, Atromitos’s scouts were impressed by the youngster and the Peristeri club moved swiftly to acquire him.
He joined the youth ranks of Atromitos and, one season later, he started training with their senior side. He made his top-flight debut on 16 October 2014, at the age of 16, coming on to substitute Andreas Tatos in an encounter against Ergotelis. Until the end of 2014-15 season, he appeared once again as a sub, while also featuring for the U20s being one of their leaders.
In the following season he also divided his time between seniors and U20s, but he got more appearances in the top-flight league (14). He also made his European debut, in the UEFA Europa League qualifying encounter against AIK Fotboll.
In 2016-17, he became a regular with Atromitos seniors, ended up playing in 32 encounters and served 3 assists. He scored his maiden professional goal on 6 April 2017, in the match against AEL Larissa. His performances attracted the interest of the Super League big clubs and PAOK ended up securing his signature.
He has gone through all levels of Greece’s youth national sides and is now a regular pick of Antonis Nikopolidis for the U21s, while on March 16, 2018 he played for the men’s national team at the friendly game against Switzerland.
