Tuesday’s training session was spent in the gym and on the pitch, but without any ball on sight. PAOK players were split into two groups and worked on their physical condition and muscular strengthening by lifting weights, under the guidance of trainer Leonidas Dimitrakopoulos.

Regarding the medical report, Dimitris Papadopoulos and Fanis Tzandaris were submitted to medical tests, revealing that the former has recovered from the thigh strain he sustained during the encounter against Olympiacos. He is ready for his gradual reappearance in normal training.

Tzandaris suffers from a groin strain and isn’t yet declared fit for normal activity. He will follow a special recuperation program that will last next week as well, in order to recover fully. Αlexandros Tziolis trained normally alongside his teammates, while Hedwiges Maduro did physiotherapy.

Wednesday’s training session is scheduled to start at 12.00 at Nea Mesimvria.
