U16s off to the Netherlands
In their first “autonomous” season but always functioning as the link between U17s and U15s, PAOK U16s are getting ready for their first experience abroad.
The pupils of Mirosław Sznaucner and Alekos Theodoridis travel to the Netherlands to participate in the Houten tournament, to be held from 22 to 25 May.
PAOK will play against Feyenoord, RSC Anderlecht, KRC Genk, Skonto FC, FC Groningen, Brøndby IF and Delta Sports 95. All matches last 20 minutes, with the exception of the 25-minute finals.
PAOK U16 squad: Giorgos Mavidis, Dimitris Voutsas, Alexandros Gargalatzidis, Anastasios Meletiis, Agathoklis Polyzos, Antonis Gaitanidis, Dimitris Kontothanasis, Vasilis Filippidis, Dimitris Alopoudis, Nikos Cela, Lefteris Lyratzis, Lazaros Lazaridis, Nikolas Menelaou, Lazaros Efthymiadis, Adam Draganis, Zisis Chatzistravos, Alexandros Tsemekidis, Giorgos Tzavaras, Kostas Doulgeridis.
Mavidis, Voutsas, Lyratzis and Gargalatzidis are born in 2000 and members of champions U15s.
The players are accompanied by coach Mirosław Sznaucner, coach-trainer Alexandros Theodoridis, goalkeeping coach Christos Kelpekis, physiotherapist Evangelos Vasiliadis and caretaker Evangelos Babatsis.
