The time and place of the deciding matches have yet to be announced, but PAOK know they will come up against Asteras Tripolis in the semi-finals. PAS Giannina and Olympiacos complete the line-up.

The encounter against Panetolikos U17s was held in the senior team’s ground. In an open match of no speculation, PAOK won the three-pointer thanks to a brace by Koutousis.
