90 Years of Passion – Season tickets 2016-17
1926-2016: a journey full of proud moments. Full of victories and disappointments that have forged the passionate relationship of PAOK and their fans. In a milestone season marking 90 years of existence, the “Double-Headed Eagle” call upon their fans to fill Toumba – because their presence is indispensable.
In an act of respect and understanding for the dire financial situation of Greek citizens, PAOK FC will keep their low prices in 2016-17 Season Tickets.
Starting from 110 euros, you can have your own permanent seat in Toumba Stadium and watch your favourite team in domestic and European competition.
The “Double-Headed Eagle” also offer discount prices to their fans who will choose a company season ticket.
Meanwhile, PAOK continue their family gate tradition. One or two guardians can purchase a family season ticket in Gate 7a along with their 1-3 children and watch all PAOK matches for free. There are also tickets for children at any gate (except the VIPs) with a 50% discount.

* Tickets at these prices will be available until 21 July, when the deadline for extending season tickets expires.
2016-17 season tickets will include:
- All home matches for the Super League.
- All home matches for the Greek Cup.
- All friendly encounters to be held at Toumba.
- All qualifying encounters for European competition.
- All group stage encounters for the UEFA Champions League / UEFA Europa League, if PAOK qualify.
- Super League play-off matches, if PAOK participate.
TICKETS CATEGORIES
1. Renewal ticket
Every season ticket holder of 2015-16 has the opportunity to renew their ticket at the same gate and seat under a special price, until 21 July.
2. New season ticket
Season tickets are available for gates 1 to 7 and in the VIP area, with the exception of gate 7a (destined only for family season tickets) and the VIP OPAP are of the 4th floor, where no season tickets will be issued.
3. Children’s ticket
All 2016-17 season ticket holders can also acquire simultaneously a season ticket for their child with a 50% discount. Children’s tickets are not sold separately or available on line. The parent or legal guardian (father, mother, sibling older than 18) must come in person at Toumba producing also the child’s AMKA number or birth certificate. The child should be born after 1 January 2002. Chidren’s tickets are not available at gate 7a and in the VIPs.
4. Season ticket for disabled persons
To acquire a season ticket for disabled persons, one must produce their disability certificate (more than 67%) that should expire after 31 May 2017. For this purchase, all persons interested should come to PAOK offices at Toumba Stadium, as season tickets for disabled persons are not available on line. They are also not available at gate 7a and in the VIPs.
5. Family ticket 7Α/1
It regards the purchase of a family season ticket by a guardian with 1-3 children (born after 1 January 2002). Children’s tickets are free. Family ticket 7A/1 is not available on line. To purchase it, you must come to PAOK FC offices and produce your family status certificate. These tickets are issued only in gate 7A.
6. Family ticket 7Α/2
It regards the purchase of a family season ticket by two guardians with 1-2 children (born after 1 January 2002). Children’s tickets are free. Family tickets 7A/2 aren’t available on line. To purchase them, you must come to PAOK FC offices and produce your family status certificate. These tickets are issued only in gate 7A.
7. Family ticket 7Α /3
It regards the purchase of a family season ticket by two guardians with 3 children (born after 1 January 2002). Children’s tickets are free. Family tickets 7A/3 aren’t available on line. To purchase them, you must come to PAOK FC offices and produce the family status certificate. These tickets are issued only in gate 7A.
8. Company ticket 5 plus
It regards the purchase of 5 or more tickets by one company. Company tickets are not available on line. The company’s seal is mandatory. Their purchase is accompanied by the issue of an invoice in the name of the company and the sum is payable through money deposit to a bank account of PAOK FC or with a company cheque.
PERIOD OF SALES
1st period of sales (24.06.2016 – 21.07.2016)
During this period, season ticket holders will be able to renew their ticket (in the same seat as last season) by producing their ID card, their last season ticket , their VAT number and their AMKA number. In case a season ticket holder cannot come to PAOK offices on the designated dates, he can renew his seat through an authorized representative, who will bring the ID card of the ticket holder, an authorization, the season tickets holder’s card, his VAT number and his AMKA number. Those who didn’t have a season ticket last season can purchase one by producing their ID card, their VAT number and their AMKA number.
2nd period (22.07.2016 – 19.08.2016)
After 22 July 2016, fans can purchase season tickets in seats left available after the first period of sales. In case a season ticket holder cannot come to PAOK offices on the designated dates, he can renew his seat through an authorized representative, who will bring the ID card of the buyer, an authorization, his VAT number and his AMKA number.
During the 2nd period of sales, there are no discounts available to the season ticket holders.

The electronic system of season tickets purchase will open on 24.06.2016. PAOK fans can buy their season tickets on paokfc.gr, the official website of PAOK FC.

SPECIFICATIONS
- Following recommendations by UEFA, 70 Season Ticket holders won’t be able to renew their seat inn Gate 1 and will either be moved to another seat in the same gate or will have to change gate. The seats in question are: Gate 1/Row 9-13/Seats 1-33 and Gate 1/Row 2-8/Seats 10-33.
- In case PAOK FC are hit with a ban of a specific gate of the Ground, then the Season Ticket holders of that gate will be move (or have access) to another gate.
- During the 1st sales period, season ticket holders wishing to switch gate or seat can do so by picking one a seat among those not already given out in 2015-2016. During the 2nd sales period, NO switches of seats are possible. Tickets cannot be purchased with down payment.
- In purchases via internet, no change of seat or purchase cancellation is possible.
- No mixed payments are possible (for example, half the price with cash and the other half with credit card).
- By law, purchases of more than 1.500 euros by civilians should be done through credit or debit card, cheque or money deposit or transfer to a bank account.
- Companies wishing to get an invoice should inform PAOK FC prior to the purchase of season tickets and produce their full data to facilitate the invoice issue. Purchases of more than 500 euros, should be made through credit or debit card, company cheque or money deposit or transfer to a bank account.
- Following a decision by PAOK FC administration, no season tickets will be issued in the 4th floor VIP area.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply for 2016-17 Season Tickets of PAOK FC:
Every season ticket holder is entitled to gain admission to the ground upon demonstration of the said ticket and his identity card/passport, to double-check the personal details stated on the ticket..
- Αποδοχή Όρων Εισιτηρίων Διαρκείας: By purchasing a season ticket of PAOK FC, you certify that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Entry and the General Rules of Admission to the Ground, as stated below.
- Rights of Season Ticket holders: Purchase of a Season Ticket, grants the user access to the Ground (PAOK FC home ground) to a specific gate and seat and admits them to all home matches for Super League-ΟPAP, Greek Cup and UEFA EUROPA LEAGUE or UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE qualifiers, play-offs and (if qualified) group stage encounters of season 2016-17. Matches of the knock-out stages of European competition (if PAOK make it past the group stage) are not included in the season ticket (with the exception of season tickets issued in the VIP areas of the 3rd and 4th floor and the suites).
- Lost Season Ticket: If a Season Ticket is lost, stolen, defaced, damaged or destroyed, the holder must contact immediately the PAOK FC Ticketing Departments (tel: 2310 954050, 2310 954065, 2310954099). The club can issue a replacement season ticket upon payment of a fee of 10€.
- Prohibition of transfer or lending of a Season Ticket: Season Ticket is personal and cannot be assigned, transferred or lent to another person. Upon ascertainment by PAOK FC that the Season Ticket is being used by someone other than the rightful holder whose name appears on the ticket, the club reserve the right to cancel the ticket and refuse its user access to the ground.
- Prohibition of sale or disposal of Season Tickets:Exchange, sale and disposal of Season Tickets to a third party for commercial reasons is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, Season Tickets cannot be used for political, commercial or marketing reasons (for example, as contest prizes), unless PAOK FC have given their express written consent. The club reserve the right to cancel the above-mentioned tickets.
- Identity check: Upon the issue of Season Tickets and the admittance of their holders in the Ground, season ticket holders are expected to demonstrate their identity card/passport, in order to cross-check the personal details as stated on the ticket.
- Match suspension, cancellation or behind-closed-doors: In case a match gets suspended or cancelled or held behind closed doors, PAOK FC are not liable and season ticket holders are not entitled to refund.
- Ban imposed on PAOK FC or change of venue: In case FC PAOK’s home ground is banned or the club are forced to play their home matches at another venue for whatever reason, Season Tickets will be valid for the designated ground and Season Ticket holders will be given granted admittance priority. However, if the designated ground´s capacity cannot accommodate all Season Ticket holders, PAOK FC are not liable and Season Ticket holders are not entitled to refund.
- PAOK FC liability: The Club will not accept liability and shall not be in breach of its obligations by reason of cancellation, postponement or change of kick-off time, date or venue of matches for whatever reason.
- Personal data of Season Ticket holders: Each Season Ticket holder consents to the Club holding and processing data relating to them for administrative and legal purposes. The personal data that each Season Ticket holder provides to the Club shall be processed, stored and transferred in accordance with the terms of the Club’s privacy policy and the Greek law, as well as for marketing activities of PAOK FC and their sponsors. PAOK FC will act to the best of their abilities to safeguard the personal data of their Season Ticket holders and protect them from unlawful access and use. In case Season Ticket holders don’t want their personal details used for promotional reasons, they are kindly requested to get in touch with the Department of Fan Servicing of PAOK FC.
- Participation in crowd trouble –inappropriate behaviour of a Season Ticket holder: If a Season Ticket holder fights and/or incites violence or engages in any kind of unsporting, inappropriate and disrespectful behaviour towards the sport, PAOK FC and the players, the Club have the right to immediately eject the Season Ticket holder from the Ground and/or refuse them entry to the said and/or upcoming matches and/or cancel and withdraw the Season Ticket without prior notice and no obligation of refund.
- Liability of Season Ticket holders: Season Ticket holders are liable towards the Club for offences punishable by law and breach of the above-stated Terms and Conditions. The Club is entitled to compensation for damage stemming from the Season Ticket holder’s actions and overall behaviour in the Ground, before, during and after matches. The club further reserves its right to take any legal and/or disciplinary action against any persons for criminal behaviour taking place during access, permanence and departure from the Ground.
- Non compliance with Terms and Conditions: PAOK FC reserve the right to refuse admission, confiscate and cancel the season ticket of any person who fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Entry as stated above».
