PAOK Under-19s defeat Atromitos
In a closely fought-match without a lot of chances, PAOK’s Uner-19 sice found a way to overcome Atromitos 1-0 on Matchday 17 of the Super League championship, in a match that took place on Sunday afternoon in Nea Mesimvria.
PAOK added three more points to their tally, now reaching 61 after 24 matches. They are in second place along with Panathinaikos, whom they face away from home on the next matchday. The last game of the campaign is a home contest against Volos.
Also, from next season, second place in the Under-19 championship also secures a place in the UEFA Youth League.
The winning goal was scored by Kosidis in the 49th minute, who converted a well-taken penalty which had been won by Balde.
