First professional contracts for Haldezos, Nikolaidis and Manasidis
Contract announcements continue for the young players of the PAOK Academy, whom PAOK have rewarded with professional contracts. The next players to get pro deals are three born in 2009, a left winger and a pair of promising goalkeepers.
Nikos Haldezos wins his first professional contract (July 2025 – June 2028). The left-footed winger was born in 2009 and has been training at PAOK – coming from Keravnos Oreokastro – since he was eight years old. He is a league title winner at Under-15 level, belongs to the Under-16 team by age, but was promoted early to the Under-17 team, with who it seems nailed on that he will also win another league title this season. He has already been called up to the Greece Under-17 national team.
Giorgos Nikolaidis signed a contract valid from July 2025 until 30.06.2028. The Under-16 goalkeeper, born in 2009, came to the club at the age of nine from Alexandros Kilkis, and is already 1.86m tall. and has celebrated a league championship with the Under-15s.
There’s also a first professional contract for Lefteris Manasidis, valid from July 2025 to 30.06.2028. The second of the goalkeeper duo of this generation (2009), also belongs to the Under-16s, is 1.88m tall and came to PAOK in 2020 from the D. Kouis Academy. He is a league title winner at Under-15 level.
