Another victory for Under-17s (with pictures)
Without reaching their usual high standards, but still as effective, PAOK’s Under-17 team beat Panserraikos 2-0 on Matchday 14 of the Super League on Wednesday afternoon in Souroti.
Aftyer this win, Orfanos’ and Krinitsas’ side are 11 points ahead of Olympiacos. PAOK has 54 points, Olympiacos 43 from 21 games. The next match is away against Lamia, in two weeks (there will be a break due to the participation of the Greece youth team in the Elite Round of the EURO Under-17).
Lelekas made it 1-0 for PAOK with a header in the 45th minute, after Aretis’ free-kick, and in the 90th minute the final score was 2-0 thanks to Souvlatzis’ header, after Gioka’s pass.
