Operation: Qualification
PAOK were impressive against Lamia, scoring seven goals and continuing their pursuit of the title in the Greek championship. However, the Stoiximan Super League is temporarily put on hold as on Thursday (20.02) PAOK travel to Bucharest with the aim of claiming qualification to the Round of 16 of the 2024-25 UEFA Europa League.
The training session began in Nea Mesimvria on Monday afternoon (17.02), and the players who were in the starting lineup against Lamia followed a recovery and rehabilitation program in the gym and the swimming pool, while the rest went out on the pitches and worked with the coach and his staff on tactics. The pkayers also contested a mini-friendly in the finale.
Dominik Kotarski and Giannis Michailidis trained normally with the team. Jiri Pavlenka was left out of training due to a virus, Dejan Lovren underwent treatment and Jonathan Gomez did some individual work also outside on the training pitch.
On Tuesday (18.02) PAOK will train at 10:30.
