The first candidate is Magomed Ozdoev . In the game against Panathinaikos, the Russian midfielder took up possession just outside the penalty area, and with an excellent through ball he dissected the opposition defense and provided the assist for A. Zivkovic to score and make it 1-0.
The next contender, Tomasz Kedziora. In added time of the 90 minutes against AEK, the Polish central defender made an overlap down the right, sent over a perfect cross, and A. Zivkovic was there to score with a placed effort to send the match into extra-time.
Finally, Dominik Kotarski enters the conversation. In the game against Levadiakos at the Toumba Stadium, he made another crucial save. Gianniotas found himself in front of the Croatian and executed a powerful shot, but the Double-headed Eagle’s very own Mr. Fantastic showed impressive reflexes to parry the ball for a corner.
