• PAOK are unbeaten in their last six home games against AEK in the regular season of the championship, with four wins and two draws. AEK’s last victory here was on March 11, 2018 with a 3-0 scoreline and was an exception in their last 12 games in the regular season in Thessaloniki, where PAOK has nine wins, AEK one and there are two draws.
• Last season the two teams drew 1-1 in the regular season at the Toumba, while PAOK prevailed 3-2 in the Play Offs match.
• This will be the fourth meeting between the two teams this season, as they also faced each other in the quarter-finals of the Greek Cup, with AEK qualifying with a win (1-0) in Nea Philadelfia and a draw (1-1) at the Toumba. The first round of the championship saw a draw (1-1) with AEK as the home team.
