Finale of 2024 with work in all areas
The year 2024 ended with the squad in Nea Mesimvria for a demanding training session which included work in all aspects.
The session began with some running drills and then the players played some 2 Vs 2 games. For the rest of the workout program, two groups were formed and worked alternately, both on defensive tactics and transitions, as well as on physical fitness, through some high-intensity games played on a half pitch.
The only absentee was André Vieirinha , who was left out of training due to a cold.
On New Year’s Day, the team will train at 17:00.
