Vote for the November NOVA MVP
Kiril Despodov, Andrija Zivkovic and Jonny Otto are the the players in the running for the NOVA MVP of November award. It’s up to you to choose the winner via paokfc.gr.
November had it all. Two European matches, one against Manchester United and the game in Riga that put the Double-headed Eagle back in the running for qualifying to the next phase of the 2024-25 UEFA Europa League. There was also a big derby against Olympiacos at the Toumba Stadium, and two away games against Lamia and Asteras AKTOR. There were many players who stood out. We ended up narrowing it down to three, and now the difficult job is in your hands.
Our first contender is Kiril Despodov . The Bulgarian continues his amazing form this season. It was not only the two goals and one assist against Asteras and RFS, but his overall performances. Endless running, passion, intensity, self-sacrifice and contributing to each line from defence to attack.
The next candidate is Andrija Zivkovic . The Serbian winger scored an incredible goal against Lamia, contributed an assist, and had a key overall influence out on the pitch. He put in the running, battled with every opponent he came up against, and proved for yet another month that he is a vital cog in Razvan Lucescu’s team.
The trio is completed by Jonny Otto . The Spaniard played in four of the five games in November, did not miss a minute of the derby or the game at Old Trafford, recorded one assist, brought intensity, passion, dynamism, and contributed the most to the team’s defensive performance, with decisive interventions and cool-headedness in moments of pressure.
