Panetolikos took the lead in the 24th minute and PAOK equalized in the 37th minute with a penalty that Berdos won and Mythos converted. PAOK continued to push forward with Balde scoring in the 39th minute, from Mythos’ assist, but the visitors equalized in the 44th minute to make it 2-2.

The second half began with Balde heading PAOK ahead again in the 47th minute, taking advantage of Panikidis’ pass. PAOK still had more to give… In the 58th minute, Mythos scored from close range, taking the rebound from Balde’s shot for 4-2, and in the 78th minute, Hatsidis (who had missed a penalty in the 49th minute) scored PAOK’s fifth goal, after Politikis’ assist. Finally, in the 84th minute, Eleftheriadis sent over a corner kick and Mythos headed it home to make it 6-2.
