• Every supporter going to the stadium must, after purchasing a ticket, identify themselves as soon as possible via Gov.gr Wallet, in order to avoid overloading the system before kick-off. The penalties for those who attempt to approach the stadium without a ticket are particularly strict and violators will not be allowed to watch the game, while there is also an administrative fine.
• All children, even under 12 years of age, must have a ticket, either for the match or a season ticket.
• There will be strict security checks by the police around the stadium, both for identity and ticket validity. For the best service to the public, the Toumba Gates will open at 13:30. Fans are asked to arrive at the stadium as early as possible, in order to avoid possible overcrowding before kick-off.
• Only for today’s match, the parking lots at the two schools will not be operational, as the match coincides with school hours.

• According to the new EPO Disciplinary Code, one mistake is enough to deprive the team of the power of the full Toumba. We must all do everything so that the Toumba or part of it does not close. It is strictly forbidden to throw any object from the stands towards the playing field and its surrounding area as well.
• The Ticket Service Department will operate at the Toumba stadium to help those who have issues with purchasing tickets and accessing the stadium.
• PAOK FC clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to Gov Wallet from its purchase and onwards, as well as in the process of transferring season tickets. For any technical problem that occurs regarding the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who do not have access to it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr) & https://wallet.gov.gr/support.
