Given the new legislation in force & the exclusive use of Gov.gr Wallet for the entrance of fans to the stadium, and to avoid any technical problems, we inform supporters that the online sale of tickets will stop before the start of the match on 04.12.2024 at13:30.

Clarifications

1. Each individual may purchase 1 season ticket/single match ticket.
2. Season ticket transfer will be active as an option in Gov.gr Wallet up to 6 hours before the start of the match, with the transfer conditions announced by PAOK FC in effect.
3. Children do not enter for free and must normally have either a season ticket or a single match ticket as well as be accompanied by an adult.
4. For children to enter the stadium, the adult accompanying them must necessarily hold any official public identification document of the child because identity checks will be carried out.
5. Children’s single tickets have an age limit of 12 years, are only available at gates 1-2-3-5-6-8 & their number is limited.
6. Online purchases are limited to 5 tickets per account.
7. We inform all fans that from the new 2024/2025 season, it will not be possible to enter the stadium without using the Gov.gr Wallet application. That is why its installation is necessary for those who do not have it yet. Fans should add and validate their ticket in the Gov.gr Wallet application, following the procedure provided by the current legislation in order to get access to Toumba Stadium. To download the application it is necessary to use personal TaxisNet/web banking codes, as well as to have a confirmed mobile phone number in the National Register of Communications (E.M.Ep). The Gov.gr Wallet application is available free of charge for Apple users on the Apple Store and for Android users on Google Play.
8. We draw your attention to the fact that the declared ticket holder on PAOK’s ticketing platform should be the same person who will eventually be identified in the Gov.gr Wallet application. For more details regarding the digital ticket, as well as information and instructions regarding the operation of the digital ticket, you can refer to https://tickets.gov.gr/.
9. Regarding the identification of foreign residents through the «Event tickets» option in the Gov.gr Wallet application, we inform you of the following:-The application can only be used by holders of passports & new IDs with NFC technology (excluding foreign residents with Greek passports/identities).-The stated passport/identity number, when purchasing the ticket, should be the same as the passport/identity number that will be used for identification through the Gov.gr Wallet application, otherwise identification will not be possible for the ticket.

   -When purchasing the ticket, please enter the passport number/identity number as well as the holder’s details in capital English characters only.

   -The «Event tickets» option is not addressed to foreign residents who hold a Greek passport/identity card.

11. PAOK clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to Gov.gr Wallet from its purchase onwards. For any technical problem related to the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who do not have access to it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr).
12. All supporters who go to the stadium must bring any valid form of identification with them.
