Under-17s win 3-0 away at Kallithea
PAOK’s Under-17 side registered a comfortable victory over Athens Kallithea in Athens, defeating the Athenians 3-0 on Matchday 13 of the Super League, and as a result remained at the top of the standings, one point ahead of Olympiacos.
PAOK were already three goals to the good at half-time. The scoring started in the 13th minute, with Krommidas opening the scoring with a header, following a corner kick by Aretis, with the two of them switching roles in the 15th minute for 2-0. This time Krommidas provided the assist, and Aretis fired home. Aretis then scored the third goal for the Double-Headed Eagle in the 40th minute, with a placed effort after a nice cross by Christodoulou. It could have been 4-0 in the 80th minute, but Economou hit the post.
The next game, which is the previously postponed Matchday 1 contest in Serres against Panserraikos, is next on the agenda next Saturday.
