Recovery work at the hotel before departure [with pictures]
The day after the victory over RFS saw the players in the gym of the team’s hotel in Riga preparing for the upcoming game against Kallithea Athens for the 2024-25 Stoiximan Super League championship.
The players worked in groups. Those who were in the starting lineup in the game in Latvia underwent recovery and rehabilitation training, while the rest of the squad did a fitness program.
Giannis Michailides, who limped out of the game with a muscle strain, underwent some treatment and his condition will be reassessed after Saturday’s (30.11.) training session, which will be held at 17:00. At the same time, the coaching team are also awaiting the results of Brandon Thomas’ tests, which the Spaniard will undergo shortly.
