Recovery and tactics work for Lamia
PAOK achieved their goal in Aigaleo, winning 3-0 and taking a significant step towards qualification for the quarter-finals of the Greek Cup, and they now they want to return to winning ways in the Stoiximan Super League, starting with Sunday’s away match in Lamia.
The players who were in the starting lineup for the match in Athens followed a recovery and rehabilitation program in the swimming pool and the gym.
The rest of the squad worked with the technical staff to start the preparations for the game in Lamia, working in the field of tactics, while in the last part of the session the players contested a friendly match.
The only absentee is Joan Sastre , who was left out of the game against Aigaleo due to a virus, while he did not train with the team today either.
On Friday (01.11) PAOK will train at 10:30.
