Under-19s defeat AEK [with pictures]
PAOK ‘s Under-19 side claimed an important away win in Athens, beating AEK 1-0 to move onto 16 points as the race for the Super League championship intinisified.
The Matchday 8 contest was generally a close and balanced affair, with PAOK however having the lion’s share of possession and the opportunities. In the 47th minute, Papageorgiou assisted Hatsidis to make it 1-0, and that was how the score remained until the final whistle.
The next game is at home against OFI.
