• Every supporter who comes to the stadium should, upon purchasing the ticket, do the necessary identification process via Gov.gr Wallet as quickly as possible, in order to avoid overloading the system before the match kicks off. Penalties for those who attempt to approach the stadium without a ticket are particularly severe and offenders will not be allowed to watch the game, and there is also an administrative fine. All children, even under the age of 12, must have a ticket, either for the match or season ticket.
• In the area around the stadium there will be strict security pre-checks by the police, both ID and ticket validity checks. To better serve the public, the Toumba Stadium turnstiles will open at 6:30 p.m., except for Gate 4, which will open at 6:00 p.m. to better serve the public. Fans are requested to arrive at the stadium as early as possible in order to avoid possible overcrowding before kick-off.
• According to the new EPO Disciplinary Code, one infringement is enough to deprive the team of the power of a full Toumba. We must all do everything so that our ground, or even only a part of it, does not close. It is strictly forbidden to throw any object from the stands onto the playing field and its surrounding area as well.
• PAOK clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding digital tickets to the Gov Wallet from its purchase onwards. For any technical problem related to the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions, or if people cannot access it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr) & https://wallet .gov.gr/support.
