The league will be played in two groups of 10 teams, promotion to the Super League will be secured by the group winners, while four teams will be relegated, two from each group. And this season there will be play offs (the top five of each group) and play outs (the rest). The points from the regular season will be divided by two, while both in the play offs and in the play outs there will be two-legged ties.

PAOK B will compete in Group A along with: POT Iraklis Fournoi Veneti, AEL, Makedonikos, Kavala, PAS Ioannina, Ethniki Neo Keramidu, Diagoras, Niki Volos and Kabaniakos.
