Fitness and tactics
Another training session with a pre-season flavour was held on Saturday (07.09) morning in Nea Mesimvria, with the work focusing on both fitness conditioning and tactics.
After the warm-up and a few rounds of rondo, the players worked on tactical aspects through various exercises, while in the last part of the program they played some 2 Vs 2 games at a high tempo.
Brandon Thomas continued with some physiotherapy and work in the gym and swimming pool, while Taison sat out most of the regular program.
On Sunday (08.09) the team has a day off and will return to training on Monday (09.09) at 18:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
