A tough morning session followed by some rest
The original schedule for Friday was for a double training session day, but due to the demanding morning session, the players were given a half-day off.
The program started with warm-ups and possession games, continued with 4 vs 4 at high intensity, an obstacle course, and work on tactics. Finally, the session ended with a high-intensity friendly match.
Taison participated in part of the training and continued with an individual program, while Brandon continued some physiotherapy and worked individually.
The next training session is scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday (07.09) at 09:30, in Nea Mesimvria.
