PAOK sign young guns on professional contracts
Proof of trust, faith in their future prospects, and a clear recognition of their effort and consistency. PAOK and the club’s PAOK Academy have proceeded to offer professional contracts, as well as contract renewals, with their young footballers.
And so let’s do the summayr by age category:
An «old» acquaintance, Giorgos Lagonidis (2002) signed a professional contract until the summer of 2025. He is part of the PAOK B squad.
Vassilis Kitsakis (2003), renewed until June 2025, Nikos Spyrakos (2004) extended his contract until the summer of 2026.
Three of our players – born in 2005 – who are part of PAOK B have renewed their contracts until the summer of 2026. They are Yiannis Gitersos, Vassilis Pasakhidis and Konstantinos Kastidis. Stelios Almasidis, also born in 2005, signed his first professional contract until the summer of 2026.
Alkiviadis Avrampos, born in 2006, is now also a professional footballer, after signing until the summer of 2027.
In January 2024, PAOK turned the 2007-born Anestis Mythos into a professional (until December 2026). 2007 also saw the birth of Mahamandou Balde, who was acquired by PAOK with a contract valid until June 2025.
Our youngest professionals are now Konstantinos Toursounidis (born in 2008), who signed until June 2027, and also Traianos Mokris, who signed a professional contract at the beginning of 2024 with effect until December 2026.
Finally, Jorge Campesas Hurtado, born in 2003 and a PAOK B player, joined on loan until June 2025.
It should obviously be noted that in most of the young players’ contracts there is also the option to extend via another year.
