Fedor Chalov was born on April 10, 1998 in Moscow, Russia. He began his football career at CSKA Moscow’s youth academies at the age of seven and joined the first team in 2016, making his professional debut in a Russian Cup match against Yenisei Krasnoyarsk on 21 September 2016.

In his nine seasons at CSKA Moscow, he made 263 appearances, scoring 89 goals and providing 46 assists. During this period, he won a Russian Super Cup in 2018-19 and a Russian Cup in 2023, while it is also worth noting that he was the top scorer in the Russian Premier Liga in 2018-19 with 15 goals.

In January 2022, he was loaned to Basel, where in 16 appearances he scored four goals and provided two assists.

At international level, Chalov has represented the Russian national team, appearing in eight matches, recording three goals and two assists, while he has also featured in almost all of Russia’s youth national teams with 49 appearances, 21 goals and 15 assists.

Chalov is now a resident of Thessaloniki and a member of the Double-headed Eagle family.
