Shola Soretire was born on February 2, 2004 in Newcastle, England and is originally from Nigeria. He began his football career at the local academies in Newcastle, before moving to Manchester United’s academies, where he showcased his talent and established himself as one of the club’s most promising young players. He made his professional debut for Manchester United on 21 February 2021 in a Premier League match against Newcastle United.

During his Manchester United career, Soretire featured in five matches, two European games in the Champions League and Europa League, and three in the Premier League, showing his potential and ability to compete at the highest level.

In May 2023, he was loaned to Bolton, where he made 16 appearances, scoring one goal and providing two assists.

Shola Soretire has also represented the England youth national teams from Under-15 to Under-19 level, making a total of eight appearances and providing two assists.

The young forward is ready to open a new chapter in his career in the black and white shirt.
