The journey begins…
With excitement and dreams aplenty, we finally start the 2024-25 season! The most important step is always the first and our team is lucky enough to do it at home! PAOK welcome Borac Banja Luka with all the respect and attention the game requires in the first competitive match of the season.
The European journey begins and we must all do everything to make it long, safe, unforgettable, with black and white jerseys at every ground and of course with the Toumba full!
The conditions for this match are objectively difficult. The high temperatures, combined with the premiere entry with a new system, will test the endurance of all of us and the highest possible cooperation is needed to avoid overcrowding.
Every fan who comes to the stadium must have registered in Gov.gr Wallet and enter the code of their tickets, in order to receive the QR Code with which they will enter the stadium. Fans are requested to complete the process immediately, as it is dangerous if mass identifications are done in the last hours before the match, to create pressure on the system and cause delays and overcrowding.
There will be pre-checks around the stadium. The Ticket Troubleshooter will be open from 4.30pm to assist fans who are having trouble getting into the stadium. PAOK clarifies that it is not involved in the process of adding the digital ticket to Gov.gr Wallet from its purchase onwards. For any technical problem related to the addition to Gov.gr Wallet or any malfunctions or people who do not have access to it, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr) & https://wallet .gov.gr/support.
We remind our fans that the year starts with Gate 4 on a suspended sentence. This means that the slightest indiscretion will lead to an automatic penalty of two matches behind closed doors, something we want to avoid since it offered us so much in all the previous seasons. We must all help so that the team is not deprived of the presence of the fans in any game. The use of flares, firecrackers, smoke generators, and laser devices, the throwing of objects on the pitch, as well as the hanging of banners with racist, political or sexual content are prohibited at Toumba Stadium. European football is back once again at our home ground! We support our team with our voice and passion!
