PAOK B: new season, new coaching team
PAOK B kicks ofd their preparations for the new season on Monday 22.07 with a new coaching team, but with the same goals. The upcoming season that will start in the fall of 2024 is the fourth for PAOK’s second team, and the Double-headed Eagle’s second string will be joined only by AEK from the country’s top four clubs in the Super League 2 championship.
PAOK B, with a substantially renewed squad – a logical continuation of the youngsters who grow up and … move up – and technical team will stay in Thessaloniki at the team’s Souroti training base until August 19, when they will then leave for Ptolemaida for the second stage of their pre-season preparation.
The new coaching duo will be Apostolis Papavasileiou and Dimitris Taxidis, fitness coach Mert Isbilir, goalkeeper coach Dimitris Kryonas, rehabilitation coach Dimitris Petrakis, analyst Yiannis Vlachos, team manager Dimitris Saraideris, team doctor Argyris Karavelis, physiotherapist Stavros Terzanidis, and minder Vassilis Papadopoulos. Giorgos Kostikos is the technical manager of the training process.
PAOK B would like to thank the team’s previous coach Alexis Alexiadis and his associate Thanasis Terzis, who took over PAOK B in a transitional, difficult stage and in a demanding process (play offs, play outs) in the championship. The club wholeheartedly wishes them good luck in their future careers.
