The last training session in Nea Mesimvria was nothing short of… devastating. After a warm-up, the players were put through an obstacle circuit, then played 5 Vs 5 games and then went through the circuit again.

Ioannis Konstantelias followed an individual program on the pitch and the swimming pool, while Jonny Otto took part of the regular program and then worked alone on the pitch.
