New season, new goals, new faces, but the same thirst, same mentality and same desire for work. The PAOK squad took to the training pitches for the first time for the new season. Lyratzis and Tsaoussis returned from their loans, Darelas, Smyrlis, Goumas, Tsopouroglou and Quagliata moved up from PAOK B, and Mady Kamara and Konstantinos Thymianis joined thir new teammatres for the first time.

Razvan Lucescu welcomed his players, gave the impetus for the session to get underway, and then the work began. The training program was mainly focused on adaptation, with some fitness exercises, possession games, and some tactical pieces with of course a friendly to finish things off.

The only absentees are Rafa Soares, who returns tomorrow, Taison, who secured some personal leave, and internationals Koulierakis, Tsingaras and Despodov , who return next week.

On Friday (21.06) a double training day is scheduled with sessions at 09:30 and at 18:45 respectively in Nea Mesimvria.
