Mady Kamara joins PAOK
PAOK announces the acquisition of Mady Kamara. The midfielder from Guinea signed a contract with the club until 30.06.2027, with a start date from 01.07.2024.
Mady Kamara was born on February 28, 1997 in Matam, Guinea. He started his career in the academies of AS Calum and Santoba FK before moving to France to play for Ajaccio. He joined the French side in 2016 and played there for two seasons, making a total of 51 appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
In 2018, Kamara transferred to Olympiacos, where he played until 2023, making 210 appearances, recording 20 goals and 14 assists. During his time at Olympiacos he won three championships and one Greek Cup. In the 2022-23 season, he was loaned to Roma, where he made 21 appearances and provided one assist.
At international level, he has represented his country’s national team 21 times, scoring one goal.
Kamara was released and accepted PAOK’s proposal of a three-year contract!
