The finale of the 2023-24 season was a thriller and ended with PAOK triumphant as champions. But there was also a thrilling battle for the selection of the team’s most valuable player in the voting organized by paokfc.gr and the PAOK FC Official App.

Andrija Živković  and Taison wer the two top contenders, with the end result finding Zile on top and giving him the individual award.

The Serbian midfielder impressed immensely with his excellent performances, which he combined with consistency and leadership. Živković showed his quality on the pitch, but also his dedication to the team. He was always there when the team needed him, he contributed the most in all phases of the game and was decisive, always playing with unfailing passion. He finished the campaign with 49 appearances, 19 goals and 14 assists in all competitions, and the Double-headed Eagle public voted him the most valuable player of the year with a percentage of 39.86%.

In second place, with a small difference, was Taison. The Brazilian midfielder was a source of energy and creativity, and was there to provide solutions for the team at the most critical moments. His speed, technique and undying love for the game made him one of the most dangerous players in the 2023-24 Stoiximan Super League, while also being there to guide the team’s young players. With 8 goals and 13 assists in 50 appearances, he proved decisive for the team and collected 29.11% of the votes.

The trio was completed by Ioannis Konstantelias. The young Greek midfielder «grew up» even more, maturing as a player, and proved to be another focal point and star player for Razvan Lucescu’s team. With 55 appearances, 14 goals and 9 assists, Mr.Breeze has earned a special place in the hearts of all football fans in the country, with the future looking bright for him.
