The only thing that the team can take from this game, unfortunately, were two injuries. Yannis Manolioudis broke his nose, while Nikos Kouliata suffered a sprained ankle.

The match was balanced in the first 45 minutes with both teams limited to midfield play, although Kozani, who needed the victory more, were relatively more lively. They tried to take the lead but missed two good chances, before PAOK B opened the scoring in the 27th minute with Panidis on target, following a Kouliata corner. However, in added time at the end of the first half, the home team equalized through Kallergis, a few minutes after they had fired a warning shot by hitting the crossbar.

Afterwards, PAOK B were limited to a more passive role, while Kozani pressed, and after failing to move ahead in the 55th minute, they did so in the 59th via Grammenos’ header. In the 82nd minute, again with a header by Souliotis this time, the hosts made it 3-1 and got an important three points in their battle to stay in the division.
