Time for the semi-finals
PAOK were superior, dominated the pitch, but had to settle for a point in the derby with AEK. There is no room for relaxation now, as the matches are continuous. Next up is the challenge of Panathinaikos in the semi-finals of the Greek Cup, at the Toumba again, but this time with supporters in the stands finally.
Just several hours after the end of the derby draw with The Union, Razvan Lucescu and his players rolled up their sleeves and got to work for the next challenge.
The work, as expected, was carried out in two groups. The players who were in the starting XI of Sunday’s battle followed a recovery and rehabilitation program on the pitch, in the swimming pool and in the gym.
The rest of the group worked on fitness and tactics through various drills and games.
Giannis Michailidis trained normally with the team, while Ioannis Konstantelias did not train due to a virus he is suffering from.
On Tuesday (13.02) PAOK will be back in for training at their Nea Mesimvria base at 17:45.
