Under-19’s held to 1-1 draw by ΑΕΚ
PAOK’s Under-19 side left Athens with a point, after being held to a 1-1 draw by AEK in their previously postponed game in the Super League championship.
The home side took the lead in the 62nd minute with a penalty after taking advantage of the fact that PAOK were playing with 10 players from the 57th minute, due to the dismissal of Pasakhidis for a second yellow card. Despite their numerical disadvantage, however, the Double-headed Eagle managed to get a foothold in the match and equalized in the 79th minute with Kalaitsidis‘ header, after a corner from Kalogiros.
PAOK remains at the top of the standings, and the next game for Petros Tsiapakidis’ team is set for 20.01.2024 in Volos.
PAOK lineup: Nikolakoulis, Koupenos, Polykratis (65′ Deligiannis), Kastidis, Pasachidis, Almasidis (58′ Scznaucner), Babouras (75′ Kalaitsidis), Kalogiros, Gitersos, Papageorgiou (65′ Filon), Hatsidis (75′ Mythos).
