Vote for October’s MVP
There were five games in total in October, with two important victories in Europe and pivotal encounters in the 2023-24 Stoiximan Super League. The time has come to cast your votes for the MVP of the month via paokfc.gr and the PAOK FC Official App.
Andrija Zivkovic is the first candidate. The Serbian forward is having the best season of his career at PAOK and is one of the team’s key players. A leading figure in the attacking line, with a cool head, and a pivotal presence in all phases of the game, he is always full of endless passion and energy. In October he gave us two incredible highlights, the first with the beautiful goal he scored in the derby against Panathinaikos and the second with the direct free-kick against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Magomed Ozdoev is also in with a shout. Another player who has had a steady rise through the season. The Russian scored his first two goals for PAOK in the match against Atromitos, and in general in all the games he fought hard, put in the running, and helped the team in all areas. The highlight, of course, was his second goal against Atromitos, a superb scissor-kick.
Next up is Taison. The Brazilian has stood out with his energy, his unbridled passion, and the intensity he brings to the pitch in every phase. He participated in all five games in October, handed out one assist in the match against Panathinaikos and was a cause of danger to every opponent he found in his way.
Finally, Ioannis Konstantelias joins the conversation. With his performances, the Greek midfielder is rightfully a candidate for the MVP of the month. A constant source of danger for opposing defences, with substance and spectacle in his game in equal measure, he gave some impressive performances in both Greece and Europe, with the most characteristic of those in Aberdeen.
