In a game with plenty of twists and turns, as well as five goals, PAOK B left Efkarpia on the wring end of a 3-2 scroreline against hosts Makedonikos on Matchday 6 of the Super League 2 championship. The team’s next game is against Anagennisi Karditsa.

PAOK’s second string seemed to start the game looking somewhat laborious, and they fell behind in the fifth minute with Simoni on target for the home side with the visiting defence AWOL. The Double-headed Eagle gradually regained their footing on the pitch and in the 20th minute equalized through a good shot by Goumas after Darelas’ assist. Ten minutes later, PAOK B turned the tables and went 2-1 ahead with Kanis‘ powerful effort. Naturally, the hosts pushed for the equalizer, which they git in stoppage time thanks to Hasek.

Although the four goals of the first 45 minutes proved entertaining for the neuatral, the secondh alf did not deliver as many goals, and instead was a closely-fought battle played with few chances. The hosts, however, found a way to score and eventually take the game 3-2. Tsilingiris scored the winning goal in the 63rd minute.
