- Kifissia will be the 70th team that PAOK will face in their club’s history in the Greek top flight. The Double-headed Eagle have participated in all competitions since the beginning of the division in 1959-60, and are the first of the clubs to have a continuous presence and to have played against 70 different opponents. Olympiacos and Panathinaikos are the other two teams making their 65th appearance in the institution.
- The last team that PAOK faced in the year that they received their baptism of fire in the division was Volos in 2019-20, whom they beat 2-0. Immediately preceding that was Lamia (2017-18) whom they defeated 4-0, while in the same list are Platanias (2-0 on 11/11/12), Panthrakikos (2-0 on 18/01/ 09) and Thrasyvoulos (2-1 on 22/03/09).
- The last team PAOK failed to beat in their division debut was Asteras Tripolis, who in their maiden year in the league defeated PAOK at the Toumba thanks to a stoppage time goal from Milan on March 15, 2008.
- On 9 ocassions in their history, PAOK have won the first two league matches at home, and that happened also last season, with a 1-0 win over Panaitolikos in the premiere and a 2-1 win over Atromitos on the second matchday.
- This 100% record with two victories has been achieved three times in total, last year, in 2019-20 (Panaitolikos 2-1 / Panionios 2-1) and in 1994-95 (Kavala 4-0 / Xanthi 2-0). There was a combination of a win and a draw in four, while only once did they have a loss and a win, it was in 2003-04 when they lost to Olympiacos in the premier and prevailed 2-0 against Aegaleo in the 2nd matchday.
