Born in 1984 and the holder of UEFA Pro badge, Alexiadis started his coaching career at PAONE (3rd tier in Greece), continued in the infrastructure departments of Ermis Kalamaria, Iraklis and PAOK, and along the way moved to Trikala as an assistant coach to Giorgos Georgiadis. After later working for the Ialysos team, he joined the PAOK Academy and then was a coach in the infrastructure departments of the Greek national teams.
