The last training day before the friendly test with Genk started with the customary warm-up and rondo games. Razvan Lucescu then prepared a tactical plan, with the players divided into two groups and working on set pieces and some other specific parts of the game.

Tuesday’s training session ended with some practice through a friendly match as a rehearsal ahead of the upcoming friendly.

Sastre underwent an MRI which showed that he has suffered an injury to his ribs and he is expected to be out of action for two to three weeks. Douglas, Lyratzis and Filipe Soares followed individual workout programs, and their condition will be assessed daily.

Stefanos Tzimas arrived in the Netherlands today and followed an individual program.
