After the first pre-season friendly against Steaua, the players took a… half day off in the morning and returned to the training pitches in the afternoon.

The program started with games and running exercises. The players were then divided into two groups. While one practiced finishing, the other worked with the coach on tactics and more specifically on build-up play from defensive zones.

This was followed by a three-team, high-intensity tournament with specific tactical instructions.

Vieirinha and Ekong participated in training in Holland for the first time, while on the contrary, as a precaution, Narey, Koulierakis, Ricardo and Lyratzis were left out, while Filipe Soares also worked individually.

On Friday (07.07) a double training sessions will be held at 11:30 and at 19:00.
