Build up and automations
The double training program in Nea Mesimvria on Thursday (29.06) was highly football-oriented, with the emphasis falling on tactics.
In the morning, the day started with some build-up play exercises, followed by some games of 3 Vs 2 and a high-tempo friendly clash.
In the afternoon, it was time for automations work. Razvan Lucescu and his colleagues showed the players various exercises, while in the last part of the program the players worked individually with the coaches on tactical aspects.
On Friday (30.06) there’s another double training day planned in Nea Mesimvria.
