Narey came to Thessaloniki last summer and settled in so quickly that he seemed to have been part of the team for many years. He adapted immediately and developed into one of the team’s star players, gaining the trust of Razvan Lucescu, who gave him a starting berth and he duly vidicated his coach’s decision.

In his first season with PAOK, Narey has been a joy to watch. He made 35 appearances, scored eight goals, and served up  11 assists. In the last part of the season he was unlucky as a health problem kept him out of action, but now he is back, training individually and preparing for the start of the new season.

His teammates recognized his contribution in what was a difficult season, with many ups and downs, and honored him with their vote, giving him the most valuable award of all.

The German winger beat Douglas Augusto on points. The Brazilian, in his best season to date in a PAOK shirt, developed as the team’s midfield leader.

Dominik Kotarski completed the podium in third place. The Croatian goalkeeper, who also joined the team last summer, took a starting berth from the beginning of the season, produced some excellent performances, and showed that the future belongs to him.
