Brandon Thomas is the second player in the running for the award. At the «Georgios Karaiskakis» against Olympiacos, he scored a great goal. The Spaniard latched on to Sastre’s cross and found the back of the net with a measured finish.
Finally, Taison could not be let out of this one. The Brazilian scored a crucial and wonderful goal against local rivals Aris at Toumba Stadium. He fought his way into the penalty area, and the ball came to him in the right place at the right time, and he beat the opposing goalkeeper with an impressive finish.
